I'm looking to encapsulate the crawlspace which is currently an uneven dirt floor, with some debris, and spray foamed walls. The wood frame above supports the first floor and has some decayed insulation attached to it. I've included two photos from the original surveyor report which show some of the less good areas, but you can crouch through most of it. Current access in by a large hatch under the stairs (Hall in the attached floorplan). The crawlspace covers the whole area of the house, but a possible complication is that an extension was added after construction (the Kitchen and Laundry areas) which sits lower than the main house, and I am uncertain what the space under it is like.
