Concerns are; ground moisture (No idea of the condition currently, haven't been under the house yet) the height space does not allow for standing. Only laying down unfortunately.

Writing about Crawlspace, about 600 sq feet, house built in 1942. Crawl ceiling still has original insulation. No insulation on crawl walls. Floor has no vapour barrier, just limestone rock rubble which undulates. Gas furnace and ductwork are in basement and will soon be replaced.
